The Hope – Children of Ukraine team continues to grow, and we are happy to introduce the people who work every day to support and empower our students.
Today, we would like to introduce Zoriana, a new English teacher who joined the project with a strong belief in the power of education and human support.

About Zoriana and her motivation

“Good evening. My name is Zoriana, and I am an English teacher who truly believes in the power of education and support. I joined the Hope – Children of Ukraine project to help children grow more confident, stronger, and closer to their dreams.”

Zoriana explains that her decision to join this project was driven by shared values. For her, it is essential to work in a team that not only teaches but genuinely cares about children and their future.

“It is important for me to be where my work truly matters.”

What inspires her about the mission of Hope – Children of Ukraine

What inspires Zoriana most is the organization’s sincerity, its belief in Ukrainian children, and its commitment to providing quality education regardless of circumstances. These values create a safe and supportive learning environment where children can grow and develop.

Goals in Working with Students

In her teaching, Zoriana aims to give students more than just language skills. She wants to provide: support and encouragement, self-confidence, an understanding that English is a tool for opportunities, not something difficult or frightening.

Expected learning outcomes

For Zoriana, meaningful results go beyond grades or test scores. She hopes to see: the courage to speak English, a genuine desire to learn, small achievements that gradually lead to big changes in students’ lives.

Teaching methods

In her lessons, Zoriana most often uses: game-based learning, visual materials, communicative activities, practical tasks that show how English works in real-life situations.

This approach helps students stay engaged and clearly see the value of learning the language.

The most valuable moment in teaching

One of the most meaningful moments for Zoriana is when a child suddenly realizes: “I can do it!”

“At that moment, a child’s eyes fill with confidence – and that is why I teach.”

A message to Ukrainian children

At the end of the interview, Zoriana shared a message for Ukrainian children who are currently learning English:

“Believe in yourself. Every new word you learn is a step toward your dreams. I’m proud of you, and I’m here to help you grow.”

We are happy to welcome Zoriana to the Hope – Children of Ukraine team and believe that her dedication, warmth, and professional approach will become an important part of our students’ learning journey.
