About the foundation

A charitable foundation dedicated to the mission of creating positive changes in the lives of children affected by the war in Ukraine. Our foundation works on providing comprehensive support, including educational projects, personal development, psychological support, and humanitarian aid. We believe that every child has the right to a quality education, growth, and a chance for a bright future, regardless of the trials they have endured.

The history of the “Hope-Children of Ukraine” project began in the spring of 2021, when Arthur Olshansky, the founder of the American IT company Klik Solutions, decided to establish a charitable initiative for Ukrainian children—free English language courses.

Why Ukrainian children specifically? It’s simple—Arthur himself was born in Ukraine and moved to America with his parents at the age of six, where he eventually achieved significant success. His American dream came true, but his soul was always with Ukraine, and every day, as he looked at his achievements, his heart was filled with a sense of responsibility towards the children living in the country where he was born.

After the start of the war, the category of children eligible for help from the organization expanded, and currently, Hope-Children of Ukraine is actively working to realize its mission.

Artur Olshanskyi

Founder


Founder and chief donor of the charitable organization “Hope – Children of Ukraine”. Thanks to his financial support and leadership, the organization continues to develop and provide assistance to the children of Ukraine.

  • Provide overall management of the organization and decision-making on strategic matters.
  • Ensure financial stability and sustainable development of the organization.
  • Seek new opportunities for cooperation with partners and sponsors.
  • Promote innovative approaches.

Iryna Lutsenko

Business Development Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Develop the charitable organization’s development strategy.
  • Identify priority areas of development and set specific goals.
  • Organize internal management and distribute responsibilities among team members.
  • Search for new opportunities for cooperation with potential partners and sponsors.
  • Develop strategies to attract new participants and increase the project’s popularity.
  • Develop the areas of activity of the charitable organization (educational, psychological, personal development, humanitarian).
  • Ensure a high level of service to clients and project participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the work of the development manager of the charitable organization.
  • Plan and conduct marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new sponsors and donors.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing activities to increase operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relations with the media and other key partners.

Volodymyr Solomienko

Digital Marketing, Service Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract new participants.
  • Analyze and optimize the organization’s presence on social media and other online platforms.
  • Manage the organization’s website and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Create and optimize online campaigns to increase audience engagement.
  • Provide a high level of service to clients and project participants.
