Career guidance course for teenagers: choosing a career with understanding

Hope – Children of Ukraine projects include a career guidance course for teenagers. When starting this initiative, we aimed to help young people learn more about different professions from practitioners and find their calling.

This is extremely important right now because it is becoming increasingly difficult to decide on a career path amid rapid changes in the labor market. Using modern methods and an individual approach, we help young people understand their strengths, interests, and opportunities.

What does the course consist of?
Individual Consultations
Each participant has the opportunity to communicate one-on-one with a career consultant who will help determine career goals and create an individual development plan.

Practical Workshops and Master Classes
Through a series of workshops, teenagers can try their hand at various roles and professions, helping them better understand which professions they like.

Development of Soft and Communication Skills
In addition to exploring different professions, the course provides training in soft skills, such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and time management, which are essential in any career.
