The war in Ukraine has left many families in difficult life situations, forcing them to leave their homes, lose their livelihoods, and become vulnerable to the challenges of reality. Humanitarian aid provided by charitable organizations plays a crucial role in supporting these families and helping them rebuild their lives.
One example of such aid is the project implemented by the Hope – Children of Ukraine charity fund for families in Kharkiv, who were affected by a drone attack on a gas station. As a result of the attack, many homes were completely destroyed, leaving dozens of families homeless. The fund could not ignore these tragedies and, over six months, provided support to 10 children from the affected families.

Humanitarian aid was provided in the form of certificates for purchasing essential goods through the Rozetka online store. A total of 70,000 UAH was spent on this project, allowing the families to purchase food, clothing, and other necessary items.

This example demonstrates how targeted assistance can change the lives of specific families. Thanks to the support of donors, these families were able to meet their basic needs and felt that they were not alone in their struggle for survival. Every contribution to humanitarian aid is not just material support but also an act of solidarity and hope, giving the affected people the strength to keep living and believing in a better future.

The Hope – Children of Ukraine charity fund continues to work on projects aimed at supporting families affected by the war. We are grateful to everyone who contributes to this effort, as every donation changes lives and brings hope to the hearts of those who need it most.
