At Hope – children of Ukraine, we believe that learning English is about much more than memorizing grammar rules. It is about communication, confidence, cultural understanding, and creating opportunities for the future.
That is why we are excited to welcome two new native English-speaking teachers, Rita and Quincy, to our educational team.
Why do native speakers make a difference?
Learning with a native speaker gives children a unique opportunity to experience English as it is naturally spoken in everyday life. Beyond vocabulary and grammar, students gain confidence, improve their listening skills, and develop the ability to communicate in real-world situations.
Building confidence through communication
Many students are afraid of making mistakes when speaking English. Lessons with native speakers help children overcome this fear and understand that language is a tool for communication, not perfection.
By hearing authentic pronunciation and engaging in natural conversations, students become more comfortable expressing themselves and participating actively in discussions.
Discovering new cultures
Language and culture are deeply connected. Through their lessons, Rita and Quincy share not only words and expressions but also insights into their experiences, traditions, and perspectives.
For many children, each lesson becomes a window into another part of the world and an opportunity to broaden their horizons.
Learning real-life English
Languages evolve constantly. Native speakers introduce students to modern expressions, everyday vocabulary, and the natural rhythm of spoken English that may not always be found in traditional textbooks.
This helps students develop practical language skills that prepare them for future studies, international communication, and global opportunities.
How do our lessons work?
Lessons with Rita and Quincy are highly interactive. Rather than focusing only on lectures and exercises, students participate in conversations, games, group activities, and discussions designed to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
We strive to create an environment where every child feels encouraged to speak, ask questions, and learn through experience.
Creating opportunities for the future
By connecting children with native English-speaking teachers, we help them build valuable communication skills, gain confidence, and expand their view of the world.
We are delighted to have Rita and Quincy as part of our team and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have on the lives of the children we serve.
