We believe that big changes start with small actions. Every day, our foundation helps hundreds of teenagers aged 11-17 find themselves, learn English, and cope with the stress of war. But to do even more, we need you.

We are currently expanding our groups and looking for energetic individuals (both Ukrainians and internationals) who are ready to become a window to the world for these teenagers.

Who are we looking for?

English teachers and mentors (Top Priority!)

  • You speak English fluently (B2 level or higher).
  • You are ready to lead speaking clubs or interactive online lessons.
  • You can explain grammar in an engaging way and inspire a child to finally start speaking.

Teaching experience is a plus, but your charisma and willingness to help matter more!

Choose your format of involvement:

Volunteering (Flexible Schedule)
Join speaking clubs or online lessons. We value your time, so the schedule is arranged individually (starting from 2 hours per week).

Internship program (from 6 months)
Ideal for students and those seeking professional growth. This is an unpaid opportunity to gain real teaching and social impact experience. We are looking for long-term commitment, as children benefit from having a consistent mentor.

What will you gain?

International community
Work side by side with Ukrainian and international professionals.

Meaning & Impact
You will see how, after your lessons, teenagers begin to believe in themselves and become more resilient.

Professional Boost
Upon completion of the internship, we can provide official recommendation letters (in English/Ukrainian), which will strengthen your CV or university applications.

How to get started?

You don’t have to be a professor to change a child’s life. Your voice and genuine desire to help are enough.
